According to a Telegram post from Russian lawmaker Anton Gorelkin and a report from RBC, 8.4% of Russian crypto miners are mining DOGE. Gorelkin is a key figure in crafting Russian crypto-related legislation and the chairman of ROCIT, a public organization protecting Internet users’ rights in Russia.
